I've visualized my credit-card history for the past 4 months. The graphs below show my credit-card expenditure since July 2015. The graph on the left shows the scatterplot grouped by each category, and the graph on the right shows the aggregate spending each month. I have disproportionately more data points in restaurants (eating out and lots and lots of coffee after school started) in September and October, whereas I have more spending in Merchandise and Supermarkets (I cooked a lot during the summer!) in July and August.
